Viker Media LMS™ Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the Viker Media LMS™ platform (“Service”), operated by Viker Media, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service Overview
Viker Media LMS™ (“LMS”) is a subscription-based marketing and business automation platform that provides tools for websites, landing pages, email and SMS campaigns, lead management, and related marketing workflows.
2. Account Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and throughout your use of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity under your account.
3. Subscription & Payment
LMS™ is available through tiered subscription plans (Plus, Pro, and Premium). Each plan includes different levels of features, services, and management. All subscriptions—regardless of billing cycle—require a 12-month minimum commitment beginning on the date of signup. Payment may be made monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Stripe or another approved payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled according to the cancellation policy below. Setup fees, if applicable, are non-refundable. No refunds or credits are issued for partial months, unused time, or early cancellation within the commitment period.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may request cancellation at any time by contacting [email protected] or through your account billing settings. If you cancel before the end of your 12-month term, your remaining balance for the commitment period may still be due. Upon cancellation, your access to the platform will may remain active through the end of the current billing cycle, after which access will be terminated.
5. Platform Usage & Restrictions
You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes. You may not: Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the LMS™ platform. Use the system to send spam, fraudulent, or misleading communications. Share login credentials or grant unauthorized access to third parties. Use LMS™ to promote illegal or unethical activities or content. Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
6. Intellectual Property
All templates, automation workflows, website assets, and proprietary tools developed or provided by Viker Media remain the exclusive property of Viker Media unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
7. Platform Infrastructure
Viker Media LMS™ operates on secure, enterprise-grade infrastructure and is maintained to ensure uptime, reliability, and data protection. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to safeguard user data.
8. Support
Support is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST, via [email protected]. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24–48 business hours. Urgent issues may receive priority handling.
9. Limitation of Liability
Viker Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. Your exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue use and cancel your subscription according to Section 4.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of the platform after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
