Viker Media LMS™ Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the Viker Media LMS™ platform (“Service”), operated by Viker Media, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Overview

Viker Media LMS™ is a subscription-based platform that provides marketing automation tools, landing page builders, email and SMS campaign functionality, CRM features, and other software services for business use.

2. Account Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

3. Subscription & Payment

Access to the platform is billed at $249/month.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe or other approved processors.

Subscription renews automatically each month or once annual unless canceled before the renewal date.

No refunds are issued for partial months or unused time.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support or accessing your billing settings.

Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the billing period.

5. Platform Usage & Restrictions

You agree to use the platform for lawful business purposes only. You may not:

- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform

- Use the platform for spam, fraud, or abuse

- Share login access with others outside your organization

- Use our software to promote illegal or unethical content

6. Intellectual Property

All templates, automation workflows, and proprietary materials created by Viker Media remain the intellectual property of Viker Media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. PLatform Infrastructure

Viker Media LMS™ is built on a secure, enterprise-grade platform and maintained by Viker Media to ensure performance and uptime. We’re committed to delivering a seamless experience while safeguarding your business-critical data through industry-standard protections.

8. Support

Support is provided via email M–F, 9 AM to 5 PM MST. We aim to respond within 24–48 business hours. Emergencies may take priority.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to cancel your subscription.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
